Particularly talking of FSW under Express Entry, the fee remains same as before.  You have to pay 550 C$ per adult applicant and 150 C$ per children at the time of filing your application after the ITA.  If all good, you will have to pay Right of Permanent Residency fee of 490 C$ per adult and there is no charge for children at this stage

Later in 2015, when Job Match for Express Entry candidates is in place, an eligible Express Entry candidate could be matched to more than one employer if the candidate’s skill set matches the needs of more than one job description. This could be the case for any Job Seeker profile in Job Bank.
